I am sending a blanket (the background), a soft cuddly doll, a teether/rattle, a disposable camera, a photo album and some tootsie rolls for the nannies!
The agency gave us preprinted pages of questions to ask the caregivers.
We just need to have the answers translated when we get home.
I have a friend Christina who will do that for me.
I hope that I get these back along with the camera. I don't care if they keep the blanket and toys.
Here are a few pics of her care package.
Christina was kind enough to write who was in the picture. Thanks so much Christina!
I know that Abigail is not going to understand any of it, but at least the nannies will.

She will love it!! :) I hope you get lots of pictures from the camera!
How awesome is that? I love the pics of your family members. Even the dog!!
Sweet baby girl will love being apart of your loving family.
Like Rebecca said, I hope you get lots of pics back.
The guides translated ours while we were there, which was nice!
Is Loren getting excited to travel?
We are so jazzed for you!
That is so great Gail. Love all the pics you are sending, and the other goodies too. :)
I can't stand the waiting!!! Try not to dust while you wait.
It is so cool that Loren will get to visit China!
I cannot wait to start Shauna's care package...
I think Pete took an extra copy of those questions on the trip with him just in case they hadn't answered the original set. The first time he traveled, he got them answered when the director came to the hotel. Anyway, I think that sending the care package is an exciting milestone...the first gifts you are able to give YOUR daughter. The photos you are sending are wonderful! Do you have any idea when you might travel??
Love all the pictures!! Gosh, girl, you'll be in China very, very soon!
When we go Larkyn the only thing we go back was the camera... Unfortuantly they only took three pictures. But each orphange is different.. Some people get it all back and a all there pictures used on the camera... Congradulations on you little one.
Have a great weekend
