This and That and Then Some

It has been awhile since I posted. I find it harder and harder to keep up.
I work evenings and get home about midnight, I am either too busy or too tired to post! Maybe I am just not organized! Whatever.
However I do check out everyone else's blogs!

Here is a quick update.
Christmas! Boy, I am behind!

Here is Loren and Abby on Christmas morning. Loren helping Abby open presents from Santa!

Abby gets the idea pretty quickly!

Had to stick this one in. Look at this crazy cat! He sat like that for the longest time.

A little attitude ya think?

Chinese New Year Party held by our agency every year. Its crowed, hot and noisy but its nice to go and see friends from our travel groups. Here is Abby just "chillin"

She looks so big here!

Abby and her BFF Libby

Got this picture of Loren quickly. No time for pictures this year.

The back of Loren's head. She really enjoyed the show this year.

Take a look at these head pieces! Wow!

I didn't get pictures of the Dragon Dance this year, I had Abby in my arms and my camera not by my side.

Next!!....
Super Mommy has tagged me with this award! Thanks Super Mommy!
I have to list 5 Fab Things I Love.
1. My girls, of course

2. My fur babies

3. My days off

4. Handbags. All kinds, doesn't matter.

5. Coffee!

Now I have to pass this award on.
And I pass it on to...
1. Cheri of Our HOPE & Dreams

I love handbags too! I wish I had bought some when we were in China. I also wish I'd bought more things for the girls. Oh well, I'll just have to book a trip back someday soon.

The pics of the girls are wonderful. They both look so happy and healthy.

(((hugs to you all)))

I'm so glad you took the time to catch up and post pics... the girls look great!!!!

I read the other post about the deli lady's comments. Some people are just ignorant of how they sound, and I'm sure she meant no harm - but that had to be hard to take when we look at our daughters as OUR DAUGHTERS and not just another THING to hang off of our arms like we would a designer handbag, or a status symbol, like driving a Mercedes.

I've had similar experiences... and they are not pleasant. Once we are in this position, we become hypersensitive to these comments for our daughters' sakes.

Sweet pictures of Christmas & CNY! I find it difficult to keep up too... I'm still posting pictures from Christmas. How's a busy mommy to juggle it all, anyway? (If you figure it out, let me know!)

Gail, I don't keep up with my blog. I don't keep up with many things, actually :). I should doing my homework but catching up with you is way more fun. The girls are so precious...love the Christmas photos (and that kitty is hysterical). I missed the CNY party but Hannah, Christopher and Pete were there...maybe you saw them. I was home with Emma who was sick and wound up having a very nasty time with pneumonia...not fun, but she's seems to be on the mend now, but still so exhausted.
Hope you have a great Valentine's Day weekend with your beauties!

Your girls look so beautiful and it looks like they had a blast at the CNY party. We were planning to go but Michelle got sick so we had to back out at the last minute. Hopefully we can go next year and see you and your cutie pies.
