Loren was heartbroken that her Christmas "concert" was canceled. She really cried. Sobbed as a matter of fact. I felt so bad for her.
When she got off the bus at noon and the snow hadn't started yet she said "OK, Where's the snow?"
It started after 1pm and it came down heavy.
Once Loren saw the snow falling she became excited about playing in the snow and forgot about the canceled concert.
Loren was up bright and early for breakfast (a very important meal for Loren) on Saturday morning and was soon dressed and outside to play.
I stayed inside with Abby. I had to work Saturday and needed to clean the van off. I had to shovel the snow off my van before I could begin to clean it off!
I really need to put a shed up in the backyard so I can have my garage back.

First off! I LOVE that playscape!!!! What a great place for Loren and Abigail to hang out.
We too got a big dump of snow on Friday. It started at 9:00 in the morning and didn't stop until about 10:00 at night. Now we're getting more. Awww I love a white Christmas but would love a warm, green, New Years.
I'm glad you'll still have your concert on Monday. Wish I lived closer so I could go too.
Have a great time.
(((hugs)))
Your norhtern friend.
Oh man . . . that's a lot of snow! I'd be sobbing too!! Glad there was a happy ending though - the show must go on! I am sure Loren is excited about the concert.
Can't wait to hear more about PJ day and the Polar Express . . . sounds fun.
Anytime you are ready to come to Houston, I will show you around. It hardly ever snows here! ;P
GAIL! I love your new profile photo - the girlies looks soooo sweet together!
Love the pictures! We also get alot of snow, NE Ohio. I love for it to snow on Christmas Eve and that is it!!! I really don't like the cold and snow anymore. I prefer the warm, sunny days!!
Wishing you and your family a special Christmas!
Dawn
